She was the recipient of an “Outstanding Committee Member” award for her work on the Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee and the Grievance Committee. Laurie served the Women’s Council of Realtors, as past Vice President of the San Fernando Valley Chapter, and sat as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors for five years.
